1.Greeting, Writing your requirement according to my question form(Budget/Lease Name/Area/Lease Period……).
2.Receiving House List according to your preference in your budget
3.Accompanied House Tour with Philip and co work realtor
4.Holding the property with down payment
5.Sign on Lease Agreement
6.Paying balance
7.Move in inspection
8.Sooth move in

To find ideal property you need to meet experienced/licensed realtor in unfamiliar country.
